Casa IZ

At Quinta da Baroneza, Casa IZ was designed as a retreat for a couple seeking to escape the routine of São Paulo and host friends and family in comfort. The interior design respects the building's materiality and organizes a welcoming and functional residence, where the spaciousness of the areas is balanced by more intimate layouts.

The homeowners' art collection guided the composition of the spaces. In the living room, the main wall has been transformed into a grand gallery, a concept that extends to the corridors, giving the circulation areas an exhibition function. Works by Vik Muniz, Daniel Senise, and Kennedy Bahia integrate seamlessly with the architecture, coexisting alongside pieces by Sergio Rodrigues, Percival Lafer, Ricardo Van Steen, and Jean Gillon, among other notable names in Brazilian design.
