Casa IZ | Quinta da Baroneza

The studio's largest residential project, Casa IZ sets 1,800 m² within Quinta da Baroneza, in Bragança Paulista, taking the landscape as its starting point. The volumes spread across the site following the topography, and every main room frames a different cut of the rolling horizon. Deep verandas, pergolas and generous glass planes dissolve the house's limits, while stone, wood and thatch anchor the architecture to its place. The complete program — social living, private wing, leisure, spa and guest house — is organized like a small village around outdoor life.
