Apto SP

Apto SP works as the urban base for residents who live in transit. Across 150 m² in São Paulo, the project favored the essential done well: one fluid social space for city days, a suite with closet, and a compact, efficient home office. Easy maintenance guided the material choices — durable surfaces, comprehensive joinery, few objects and no excess. The atmosphere, even so, is warm: wood, sand tones and lighting designed for the return after days away.
