Apto SC celebrates the milestone of a first home. Across 112 m² in São Paulo, the project prioritized what turns routine into quality of life: a bright, integrated social area, an open kitchen for those who love to cook while hosting, and a bedroom converted into a multi-use studio. The youthful palette — pale wood, whites and touches of green — keeps the space light, and the joinery choices leave room for the home to evolve with its owners. Architecture as a first chapter, not a finished work.
