Casa LL

Casa LL proves that a well-designed 200 m² can live like a villa. In São Paulo, the project stacked the program intelligently: a continuous social level on the ground floor opening to the yard, private quarters upstairs, and flexible uses stitching the two levels together. The yard, treated as an open-air room, doubles the living area in the warm months. Wood, brick and greenery compose a frank materiality, of a true home — made for a bicycle at the door, a dog on the sofa and friends without notice.
