Apto RD organizes 300 m² in São Paulo for the meeting of three generations. The social area was sized for the big table — Sunday lunches, birthdays, board games — with living, dining and terrace acting as one flexible hall. Private quarters in separate wings give autonomy to grandparents, parents and grandchildren, each with its own atmosphere. Resilient, timeless materials — wood, stone, full-bodied fabrics — ensure the home crosses life phases without needing to reinvent itself.
