Apto DJN accompanies a family entering a new phase of life. Across 266 m² in São Paulo, the project redistributed the program for the present — a broad social area to host grown children, a permanent home office, a main suite with the dimensions of a retreat. The language is one of warm sobriety: dark wood, leather, stone and full-bodied fabrics composed under precise light. A mature apartment in the best sense: it knows what it wants and needs no excess.
