In São Paulo, this 266 m² apartment has been designed for a family living abroad, seeking a warm and understated space for their stays in the city. The interior proposal embraces a minimalist language, characterized by the combination of burnt cement, travertine, freijó wood, and straw details. In the living area, the concrete spiral staircase serves as the project's striking sculptural element, inspired by a design from the master Paulo Mendes da Rocha. Designer furniture and Brazilian pieces complete the spaces with a discreet and timeless elegance.
