Apto EP

In Apto EP, in São Paulo, the balcony stopped being leftover space and became a destination. The 140 m² were reorganized so the terrace, absorbed into the social area, could hold what the family values most: open-air meals, an abundance of plants and late afternoons with the city in the background. Inside, the palette of pale wood and natural tones makes a soft transition between indoors and out, and the joinery resolves daily life without competing with the view.
