Designed in 2021, Apto DA answers the moment when home came to concentrate all of life. Across 200 m² in São Paulo, the program expanded: an office with a door that silences, a balcony turned sitting garden, a kitchen open to gathering. The warm materiality — wood, fibers, earth tones — compensates the hours spent indoors with sensory comfort, and scene-based lighting follows the day from work to rest. An apartment designed to fit life, not merely to house it.
