At Restaurante Sal, architecture was conceived as part of the dining experience. The 732 m² in São Paulo are organized into rooms of different scales — from the generous main hall to more secluded corners — allowing the same space to host a working lunch or a long dinner. Natural materials, artisanal textures and warm lighting build an atmosphere that evokes Brazil's root cuisine, while the layout of flows ensures the precise rhythm a large restaurant demands.
