Apto GM negotiates two eras: the classic elegance of a traditional São Paulo building and its residents' contemporary way of living. Across 148 m², the project preserved the nobility of the spaces — generous proportions, good ceiling height, lateral light — and updated them with an integrated social plan, clean-lined joinery and modern and contemporary Brazilian furniture.
