Apto KLZ

Apto KLZ occupies 400 m² in São Paulo with the ease of a house. The project structured the social area into communicating territories — living room, dining room, gourmet terrace — hosting both the grand event and the dinner for two. Fine wood joinery runs through the rooms as a guiding thread, and the curation of Brazilian art and design gives personality to every stop along the way. In the private quarters, the rhythm slows: enveloping textures and low light prepare for rest.
