Apto KF

Located in a 1960s building in São Paulo, Apto KF has been reconfigured across its 215 m² to accommodate the lifestyle of a young family. The integration of the social areas enhances communal spaces, while the new layout supports contemporary uses without erasing the property's original features.

The relationship with the landscape guided key decisions in the design. One window frames the canopy of a tree, bringing greenery into the interiors, while retractable panels inspired by Brasília's cobogós allow for adaptable spaces. Natural materials, custom woodwork, and a neutral base connect the social areas; in the intimate spaces, playful colors and elements reflect the personality of each resident.
