Apto DJ shows what a surgical renovation can do for 140 m² in São Paulo. Without moving structure unnecessarily, the project concentrated its gestures where they yield most: it opened the kitchen to the dining room, rebuilt the lighting in layers, replaced finishes with a cohesive palette of wood and mineral tones, and designed bespoke joinery for every underused corner. The sum of precise interventions completely transformed the apartment's experience — proof that good design is measured by accuracy, not demolition.
