Apto AP

Located in Itaim, the AP apartment was designed for a client passionate about Brazilian modernism. The new layout integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas, while ribbed glass doors allow for the isolation of the preparation area when necessary. The original concrete beams have been incorporated into the apartment's design, creating a dialogue with the existing wooden flooring and the view of the treetops.

Greens, terracottas, and warm woods enrich the composition and reinforce its urban character. The selection of Brazilian furniture features pieces by Percival Lafer, Sergio Rodrigues, Oscar Niemeyer, and Jorge Zalszupin, alongside artworks by Lucena and Zé Palito. In the kitchen, the white granilite with green aggregates and the Girafa stools by Lina Bo Bardi continue the materiality of the living space without overshadowing the function of each area.
