At the Beatriz show apartment, the challenge was to give soul to a home that does not yet have a resident. Across 362 m² in São Paulo, the studio built a narrative of contemporary living: a generous living room integrated with the terrace, a kitchen that joins the social life and suites treated as retreats. The curation of Brazilian furniture and art suggests an affectionate repertoire — as if the home already had a history — helping future buyers recognize themselves in the space before ever living there.
